dividend yield & income — real cash-dividend history
Dividend yield, cadence and payment history
The trailing yield (last twelve months of per-share dividends ÷ price) and the forward yield (the current payment annualized ÷ the same price) from real cash-dividend records, with the payment cadence, the next ex-date (the day from which a buyer no longer receives the next payment), and the full payment history. A yield is an income magnitude, not a direction — it rises when the price falls as readily as when the payout grows.
